Management Performance Associates in Reston, VA seeks a Construction Project Manager focused on ground-up restaurant and retail builds, offering hybrid work.

You will manage full project lifecycles across multiple concurrent sites, control schedules and budgets, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients to deliver high-quality spaces on time and within budget.

Hybrid role with strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and clear communication; PMP is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Ground-up restaurant and retail construction experience required.
• Ability to manage multi-project portfolios.
• Read and interpret construction blueprints.
• Experience with site safety and building codes.

Responsabilités

• Drive Project Success: manage full-cycle construction for multiple restaurant/retail projects, schedules and budgets.
• Lead the Site: conduct regular visits to ensure safety, quality, codes and industry standards.
• Manage the Budget: monitor expenses and drive cost-control measures.
• Execute the Vision: interpret and execute complex blueprints and designs.
• Mitigate Risks: identify delays and implement solutions using standard software.
• Collaborate: coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients and internal teams; run regular meetings.
