The role requires coordinating with field and office teams, managing procurement, contracts, and change management, and ensuring safety and client service. Experience with tilt-up, cold storage or temperature-controlled facilities is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing commercial tilt up construction projects.
• Experience handling budgets, schedules, contracts and procurement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of tilt up methods, sequencing, site logistics, and coordination.
• Experience with industrial or temperature-controlled facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeout
• Own project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, change management, and financial performance
• Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, design teams, owners, and leadership
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear client communication
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders
• Manage subcontractor scopes, buyouts, procurement, and performance
• Identify risks early and develop solutions
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, and billings
• Support project closeout and turnover
