Job summary

Uprite Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Irvine team. You will lead commercial tilt-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, focusing on schedule, budget, quality, and client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have direct tilt-up project management experience and a strong background in coordinating multiple trades on technically complex facilities.

Qualifications

• Direct project management experience with commercial tilt-up construction is required.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, change orders and financials.
• Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, design teams, and clients.
• Lead meetings and maintain clear client communication.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Manage subcontractor scopes and buyouts.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor costs, forecasts, and billings.
• Support project closeout and turnover.
