Job summary

Uprite Construction seeks an experienced on-site Superintendent to lead field operations on tilt-up projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, and collaborate with the project manager to keep work moving efficiently.

The role requires deep tilt-up expertise, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time. Procore or MS Project experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial projects, with a strong focus on tilt up concrete.
• Thorough knowledge of tilt up panel construction methods, scheduling, and best practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate crews and foster collaboration.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Proficiency with construction technology (Procore, MS Project, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead day to day field operations for assigned project(s)
• Schedule, direct, and coordinate subcontractors and field teams
• Oversee all aspects of tilt up construction including layout, panel erection, bracing, and sequencing
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Conduct daily huddles, toolbox talks, and weekly safety meetings
• Maintain project schedule and communicate progress and challenges to the project manager
• Manage inspections and resolve field issues as they arise
• Promote a culture of safety and teamwork on site
• Maintain accurate daily reports, photos, and site documentation
