Qualifications

• Direct project management experience with commercial tilt-up construction.
• Strong understanding of project schedules, budgets, and change control.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeout.
• Own project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and costs.
• Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, design teams, and owners.
• Lead meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders.
• Manage subcontractor scopes, buyout, procurement, and performance.
• Identify risks early and develop solutions to protect cost and schedule.
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, and overall financial performance.
• Partner with field leadership to maintain schedules and resolve issues.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and client service meet expectations.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Support project closeout, turnover, and final documentation.
