Job summary

The position reports to the Department Manager, Customer Operations. The Unit Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure adherence to policies, and manage reports and staff scheduling.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Team Leader with ability to preplan manpower and equipment.
• Ability to work independently, set and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with all levels of management and support staff.
• Familiarity with internal controls processes for accountable items.
