Qualifications

• Two years of airline supervisory experience (ticketing, gate, ramp) preferred.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently, set and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with all management levels and staff.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality on-the-job training for new employees and ongoing learning for station staff.
• Conduct airport familiarization for new hires.
• Demonstrate proper use of all equipment and vehicles.
• Provide hands-on training for de-icing follow-up to ensure compliance.
• Assist with delivery and storage of station supplies.
• Provide support during special events.
