Qualifications

• Ability to set deadlines and work with multiple management levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internal control processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee station labor relations, operations efficiencies, maintenance, facilities, and safety and security
• Keep company goals and customer expectations in mind when overseeing daily operations
• Coach and provide career development to the staff
• Correct non-compliant behavior and impose disciplinary action as required
• Manage staff scheduling, rotations, overtime, and back ups
• Conduct employee performance reviews
