Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is looking for a motivated Station Training Supervisor in our Ground Handling Department.

You will lead on-the-job training for new team members and provide continuous learning, including hands-on de-icing training and follow-up to ensure compliance. The ideal candidate has two years of airline experience, preferably across ticketing, gate, and ramp, with strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and the means to work with all levels of staff.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of airline experience, preferably encompassing all functions (ticketing, gate, ramp).
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently, set and meet own deadlines.
• Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to defuse conflicts among team members.

Responsibilities

• Assign a variety of tasks and assignments to new hire employees, including airport familiarization.
• Demonstrate proper use of all equipment and vehicles.
• Provide hands-on training for de-icing.
• Follow up after all training events to ensure compliance.
• Assist with delivery and storage of station supplies.
• Provide support when special events are scheduled.
