Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead development programs across the contract lifecycle, from early R&D to contract capture and close. You will work closely with the Chief Engineer to oversee development and integration of Air Dominance & Strike technologies for DoD customers, owning cost, schedule, and performance outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience managing the development of complex technical systems across the product lifecycle.
• Proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead development programs across contract lifecycle from R&D to contract capture and close.
• Own development and integration of Air Dominance & Strike technologies with Chief Engineer.
• Manage cost, schedule, and resources, making tradeoffs to deliver on time and on budget.
• Develop lightweight processes, tools, and metrics for planning, scope, risk, and customer communication.
• Collaborate with finance and business development on pricing strategies for proposals.
