Piedmont Airlines is seeking a General Manager for Ground Handling to oversee station operations, labor relations, safety, and performance. You will lead a team of Shift Managers, Supervisors, and Agents, coordinating scheduling and reporting to the Regional Manager.

Starting rate: $62,000–$74,000 annually, depending on locale and experience. Benefits include paid training, 401(k), vacation, and family travel on the American Airlines network. Application deadline: October 22, 2026.

• Proven success as a Team Leader with ability to preplan manpower and equipment.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with all management levels and support staff.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience with internal controls for accountable items.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee station labor relations, operations efficiencies, maintenance, facilities, and safety and security.
• Manage staff scheduling, work assignments, and back-up for absences.
• Conduct employee performance reviews.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
