Qualifications

• Proven success as a Team Leader with ability to preplan manpower and equipment.
• Experience supervising Operations and Customer Care preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee station labor relations, operations efficiencies, maintenance, facilities, and safety.
• Keep goals and customer expectations in mind during daily operations.
• Coach and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Manage scheduling, work assignments, overtime, and back ups for absent staff.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly reports for leadership.
• Defuse conflicts and enforce disciplinary actions when required.
