Qualifications

• Proven success as a Team Leader with ability to preplan manpower and equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management and staff.
• Familiarity with internal controls processes and accountable items.

Responsibilities

• Oversee station labor relations, operations efficiencies, maintenance, facilities, and safety and security.
• Coach and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage staff scheduling, shifts, overtime, and back-up coverage.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and administrative duties.
