FJ Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Miami to lead sales operations and build a robust pipeline. You will engage with ecommerce brands, manage proposals, and close lucrative partnerships, earning 20% commission on monthly fees for 12 months on each contract.

This ground-floor role offers the opportunity to shape our sales strategy directly alongside the CEO, making impactful decisions in a flexible environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B services sales — agency, SaaS, or professional services.
• Native English speaker; bilingual Spanish a strong plus.
• Based in Miami or able to meet in person regularly.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of US-based ecommerce brands.
• Lead prospects from first contact to signed agreement.
• Identify US software and SaaS companies for referral agreements.
• Track conversion and report directly to the CEO.
• Ensure new partnerships are profitable before signing.

Skills

B2B services sales experience

Strong written and verbal communication

Self-starter

Selling to founders and CMOs

Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta or Google Ads
