Job summary

AMJ is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Miami. You will build relationships, develop new business, and drive revenue with an uncapped 7% commission structure.

This onsite role reports to the SVP of Business Development and follows standard hours, Monday to Friday. Ideal candidates bring telesales experience and a proven ability to close deals while collaborating with Marketing, Editorial, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Proven telesales or phone-based sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building with clients and internal teams.
• Result-oriented with confident communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, primarily Marketing professionals.
• Sell impactful campaigns to reach Healthcare Professionals.
• Own your sales pipeline and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Contribute to AMJ's growth and suggest improvements.
