Job summary

Paycom operates a Denver meat-processing facility seeking a Ground Beef Grind Supervisor to oversee daily raw-material selection, formulation, grinding, blending, and chilling for ground beef production. You will lead grinding staff, coordinate flow with packaging, and ensure batches meet specification for fat, temperature, yield, food safety, and traceability.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team supervision experience in meat processing.
• Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, and traceability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop the daily grinding schedule and operating plan to meet packaging demand.
• Direct the Grinding Lead and employees on blend sequence, materials, and scheduling priorities.
• Monitor line pace, throughput, equipment performance, and schedule attainment.
