Responsibilities

• Lead efforts in loss prevention, risk management, USDA compliance and labor relations.
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training and retention of talent.
• Ensure safety and quality standards and conduct training to reduce turnover.
• Audit production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain production paperwork including reports and records.
