Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking a seasoned production supervisor to oversee beef processing operations in our facility. You will lead and direct production supervisors and leads to meet daily objectives, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive cost-control initiatives.

You will coordinate with QA, Sanitation, and Maintenance teams, implement continuous improvement, and communicate policies to the department. AA degree and 3–6 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• AA degree in food science or business from an accredited institution.
• 3–6 years of relevant manufacturing experience with lead or supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of beef processing concepts and food safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day beef processing operations and lead supervisors to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, coordinate with QA/Sanitation/Maintenance.
• Enforce safety standards and quality procedures in the department.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-control initiatives.
