Responsibilities

• Monitors and supervises all aspects of assigned production line(s).
• Ensures lines are properly staffed to maintain workflow and defect-free products.
• Maintains safe operation of equipment and proper maintenance communication.
• Assists in production scheduling to improve leveling and throughput.
• Ensures area cleanliness and sanitation; enforces safety policies.
• Ensures quality and continuous improvement in production; trains staff on standard work.
• Facilitates communication between line workers and QA/Plant management.
• Completes administrative tasks such as demand schedules and logs.
