Petsense by Tractor Supply is seeking candidates for Paragon training within our grooming program. The role involves working with dogs and cats, completing a structured Level 1 training (PT or FT) and Level 2 full-time, over a 15-week period. You will greet pets, ensure safety, and assist with client communications and appointments.

Training emphasizes animal welfare, record-keeping, and teamwork in a busy retail environment. Prioritizes reliable attendance and adherence to company values.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working with dogs and cats.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Tools will be provided while enrolled in Paragon.

Responsibilities

• Follow and demonstrate mission and values.
• Greet customers and pets and complete 7-point Check-in.
• Maintain safety and welfare of animals.
• Assist in generating business by calling existing and new customers and scheduling appointments.
• Maintain records of pet clients and vaccination records.
• Operate computer as needed.
