Job summary

Petsense by Tractor Supply is seeking a Grooming Paragon trainee to assist with daily grooming tasks, animal care, and customer interactions. You will participate in a structured 15-week training program (Level 1 PT or FT and Level 2 FT) and contribute to a safe, friendly store environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with grooming, checking in pets, maintaining records, and supporting team members while building hands-on skills in bathing, trimming, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with dogs and cats; patience and compassion required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfort with grooming tools and animals during training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Paragon training and perform daily grooming tasks.
• Greet customers and pets, complete 7-point Check-in, and ensure safety.
• Maintain sanitary work area and proper records for clients.
• Call and coordinate with customers, schedule appointments, and verify vaccinations.
