Job summary

Petsense by Tractor Supply is seeking candidates for the Paragon training program. You will assist in dog and cat grooming activities, greet customers and their pets, and help maintain a clean, safe salon and store environment.

The role requires comfort with animals, patience and good communication. Training progresses from Level 1 part-time to Level 2 full-time, with shifts including days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with dogs and cats.
• Patience and compassion for animals.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Follow Petsense by Tractor Supply mission and values.
• Greet customers and pets; perform 7-point Check-in.
• Maintain safe, clean grooming area and equipment.
• Assist in training levels per program requirements.
• Support store operations and customer service tasks.
