Job summary

Petsense by Tractor Supply is offering a Paragon training program designed to train candidates in grooming and bathing techniques. Trainees will progress through Level 1 (5–8 weeks) and Level 2 (10 weeks) with hands-on practice, book work, videos, and assessments.

• Experience: comfortable working with dogs and cats.
• Patience and compassion for animals.
• Tools provided while enrolled in Paragon.

Responsibilities

• Follow Petsense by Tractor Supply mission and values.
• Attend and complete the Paragon training levels 1 and 2 on schedule.
• Assist in generating business by calling customers and scheduling appointments.
• Greet customers and pets and perform 7-point check-in.
• Maintain safety and sanitation of grooming tools and work area.
• Maintain records of pet services and vaccinations.
