Job summary

Petsense by Tractor Supply is offering a Paragon training track for grooming and bathing. The program spans Level 1 (5–8 weeks) and Level 2 (10 weeks) with hands-on practice, safety training, and photos for grading.

Trainees complete Tier 1 and Tier 2 and may receive a grooming tools set upon successful completion. Part-time or full-time shifts are possible with varied hours, including weekends, to align with the 15-week program.

Qualifications

• Experience: Must be comfortable working with dogs and cats.
• Ability to demonstrate patience and compassion for animals.
