Responsibilities

• Assist the Grocery Manager in managing the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Grocery team.
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Assist in leading a team to deliver high quality products and great customer service.
• Assist in hiring, teaching, training, and developing the Grocery Team.
• Unload and sort store deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
