Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager to help lead one of the store’s busiest teams. You will support the Grocery Manager in merchandising, people management, and daily operations to deliver friendly, efficient service and healthy product options.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Grocery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit.
• Responsible for ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Grocery team.
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning, direction, goal setting, communication and teamwork.
• Assist in leading a team that brainstorms to deliver high quality products and customer service.
• Assist in hiring, teaching, training and developing the Grocery Team.
• Unload and sort store deliveries and ensure safety/regulatory compliance.
