Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager to help customers make healthy choices and lead one of our busiest store teams. You will assist in managing the Grocery department, driving inventory, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred; 1–3 years required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Detail oriented with good organizational and planning abilities.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist Grocery Manager in department planning and profit optimization.
• Manage ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and team supervision.
• Coordinate merchandising and sales via planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Help hire, train, and develop the Grocery Team.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and stocking.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Support fast-paced store operations.
