Job summary

Harris Teeter in Ashburn, VA is seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager to support store operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. You will interview and train associates, plan and direct work, and assist in performance evaluations while maintaining a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 2–3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Complete Company's training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge.
