Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager in Charlottesville, VA, to supervise up to 25 associates in the Grocery Department and possibly oversee the HBC/GM Department. You will support overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these departments, following Harris Teeter policies and applicable laws.

You may interview and train associates, plan and direct work, evaluate performance, and address complaints to ensure excellent customer service and store success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 2–3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities
