Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager to help lead one of our busiest store teams and support the Grocery Manager with daily operations, merchandising and inventory control.

Responsibilities

Assist the Grocery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit.
Responsible for ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Grocery team.
Coordinate merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
Assist in leading a team to deliver high quality product and service for customers.
Assist in hiring, teaching, training, and developing the Grocery Team.
Unload and sort store deliveries; ensure health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed.
