Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager to help customers make healthy food choices while leading one of the store's busiest teams. You will assist in managing the grocery department, supervise the team, and ensure inventory, quality, and customer service standards are met.

You will coordinate merchandising, plan and drive sales, and contribute to a fast paced work environment that values teamwork, safety, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to walk up to 3 miles per 8 hours.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to take and give direction in a team setting.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to engage customers and lead a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist Grocery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Grocery team.
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning, direction, and goal setting.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Grocery Team.
