Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Grocery Partnerships Associate to drive growth with grocers and CPG brands across North America. You will report to a Partnerships Manager and help scale strategic initiatives, align resources, and deepen merchant relationships.

You will support development of multi-channel strategies, maintain sales content, and lead product testing with partners and internal teams to accelerate digital growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management, consulting, banking, or strategic partnerships in technology or high growth / early stage startups.
• 3+ years of cross-functional operational experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Business Development and/or Partnerships experience (preferred, not required)
• Experience with Analytics and Presentation tools
• Prior investment banking, consulting experience (preferred, not required)
• Proficiency in AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Steer the development, adoption and scaling of new business opportunities
• Develop long-term business plans alongside our partners for their multi-channel customer strategies
• Maintain pitch decks and sales content to help create new business opportunities
• Build product testing and roll-outs on the ground with grocery and cross-functional team members
• Work with partners across DoorDash to align companywide resources to help build-out our partners' digital businesses
