Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager to support grocery operations at our store. The role involves interviewing and training associates, planning and directing daily work, and assisting in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions where needed.

You will address customer complaints, ensure safety and quality standards, and contribute to achieving store goals through effective team leadership and hands-on coaching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 2–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Commitment to unparalleled customer service; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in and complete required training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Complete Company's training including but not limited to new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
