Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking an Assistant to manage and supervise up to 25 associates in the Grocery Department, with potential duties in the HBC/GM Department. You will help direct, coordinate, and evaluate the teams while following company policies and applicable laws.

• Carry out supervisory responsibilities per Harris Teeter policies and applicable laws.
• Interviewing and training associates; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline staff.
