Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or related experience.
• 2–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Able to perform essential supervisory duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist to manage and supervise up to 25 associates in the Grocery Department.
• May be assigned responsibility for the HBC/GM Department.
• Assist in planning, directing, and evaluating performance of departments.
• Interview and train associates; interview and training as needed.
• Address complaints and resolve problems; reward and discipline when required.
