Qualifications

• Be 18+ with 1 year supervisory/department management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication to work with customers and staff.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper product handling, rotation, and date controls.
• Monitor labor costs and reduce loss to improve profitability.
• Assist in store inventory preparation and physical counts.
• Oversee unloading, verify deliveries, and report discrepancies.
• Manage ordering, sanitation, back-room inventory, and safety.
• Coach and develop team members with performance reviews.
