Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager to help run one of our busiest departments and support the Grocery Manager in delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced store.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail management experience; familiarity with natural foods preferred
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to take and give direction
• Proven leadership to build, motivate staff and meet financial goals
• Lift/move heavy items as part of duties such as milk trays and boxes

Responsibilities

• Assist Grocery Manager in managing and merchandising for productivity and profit
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and team supervision
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality product and customer service
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Grocery Team
• Unload and sort store deliveries
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
