You will lead cross-functional teams, monitor sales and operational metrics, drive process improvements, and ensure audits pass with no deficiencies. This role requires strong leadership, decisive problem-solving, and the ability to align store goals with corporate standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail, grocery and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and audit requirements across departments.
• Monitor store performance: sales, inventory, shrink and operations metrics.
• Drive accountability across department managers and ensure consistent execution of responsibilities.
• Review audit results and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and team performance to support operations.
• Ensure proper execution of inventory management, receiving and merchandising processes.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with corporate and regional leadership to support initiatives.
• Identify operational risks or gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Maintain store and warehouse organization, cleanliness and audit readiness.
