Kroger Co. is seeking an Assistant Department Manager for the Grocery Department in Mesa, AZ.

You will support planning, staffing, training, and directing associates to ensure prompt, courteous service and achievement of sales and profit goals in a safe, ethical manner. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, CAO-based ordering, merchandising, and maintaining displays and signage while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Competenze

• Ability to lead and motivate department staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with merchandising and customer service in retail.
