Responsabilidades

• Assist Department Manager in planning, organizing, staffing and directing Grocery Department associates.
• Provide training and scheduling to ensure consistent customer service.
• Use CAO to order merchandise and manage inventory; balance on-hand quantities.
• Price and display merchandise; ensure proper signage, rotation and sanitation standards.
• Enforce company policies on dress code, grooming, and harassment-free workplace.
• Input on department budgets, goals and performance; communicate with customers and staff.
