Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Dept Manager in organizing work and staffing.

• Price and display merchandise with proper signage and rotation.
• Guide associates in merchandising and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, dress code, sanitation and harassment policies.
• Provide input on department budgets, goals and results.
• Communicate with customers and associates to create a positive impression.
• Maintain equipment, floors, and grocery areas to sanitary standards.
• Promote company initiatives and process improvements.
