Qualifications

• 4+ years of Grind Machinist experience.
• Proficiency with measuring equipment: micrometers, calipers, dial bore gauges.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Ability to hold tight tolerances to 0.0001 with GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Work from blueprints and instructions to grind a wide variety of complex parts.
• Perform setups, chucking, alignment, and wheel selection for production parts.
• Dress wheels and operate two or more grinders per drawing requirements.
• Inspect finished work with air gauges, diastest, profilometers and gauges.
