We offer a dynamic operation with seven venues and a variety of events, from intimate wine dinners to galas. Pay starts at $20/hour and up based on experience, with benefits including lunch, bonuses, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience running grill, sauté, or pizza stations in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.
• Pride yourself on delivering a world-class dining experience.
• Passion for food and hospitality.
• Accustomed to executing perfectly, attending to details, and aiming for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute food production for grill, sauté, and pizza stations during high-volume restaurant service.
• Set up stations, including food prep, before service.
• Performs consistent presentation of ticketed items, including specifications to proper doneness and garnish.
• Break down of station consisting of leaving a detailed prep list, proper storing, and labeling of all products.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces and cooking areas.
• Support the team with additional prep, as needed.
• Check in with supervisor for final sign-off.
