• Support the team with additional prep as needed.
• Check in with supervisor for final sign-off.

Our club serves excellent food and beverage experiences across seven venues and a wide variety of events, from intimate wine dinners to sophisticated galas and fun family celebrations.

We are currently seeking experienced Line Cooks who can take command of the grill, sauté, or pizza station during high volume service. We expect team members who can run their station independently, take ownership of their work, and collaborate with the team to ensure successful service. DUTIES:

• Prepare and execute food production for grill, sauté, and pizza stations during high-volume restaurant service.
• Set up stations, including food prep, before service.
• Performs consistent presentation of ticketed items, including specifications to proper doneness and garnish.
• Break down of station consisting of leaving a detailed prep list, proper storing, and labeling of all products.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces and cooking areas.
• Support the team with additional prep, as needed.
• Check in with supervisor for final sign-off.

QUALIFICATIONS:
