Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and plating standards.
• Work assigned stations during service (grill, sauté, fry, salad).
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment.
• Assist with daily prep and stocking of stations.
• Follow food safety regulations and club procedures.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff.
• Assist with banquet prep and special events as needed.
