Job summary

Puttshack USA in Florida is seeking a Line Cook to join our guest-focused culinary team. You will prepare, plate, and garnish menu items, set up the station, and uphold sanitation standards under the Executive Chef's guidance.

We offer a flexible, fast-paced hospitality environment with opportunities to grow. Candidates should have high-volume kitchen experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to multitask across a dynamic shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior experience in high volume restaurant kitchen.
• Experience operating, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen tools and appliances.
• Must obtain any licenses or certifications per state and/or local requirements.
• Ability to communicate to perform and follow job requirements safely and effectively.
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Ensure overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests needs.
• Follow all prescribed portioning controls and par levels.
• Prepare, assemble, and plate menu items according to prescribed recipes and/or special requests.
• Communicate food delays or issues to Culinary Leadership.
• Read a thermometer and food tickets accurately.
• Account for all items coming out of a station.
• Follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions.
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines and MSDS.
• Take direction and be a team player.
• Follow all employment policies and procedures; assist with opening/closing duties.
