Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience running grill, sauté, or pizza stations in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute food production for grill, sauté, and pizza stations during high-volume restaurant service.
• Set up stations, including food prep, before service.
• Performs consistent presentation of ticketed items, including specifications to proper doneness and garnish.
• Break down of station consisting of leaving a detailed prep list, proper storing, and labeling of all products.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces and cooking areas.
• Support the team with additional prep, as needed.
• Check in with supervisor for final sign-off.

We are currently seeking experienced Line Cooks who can take command of the grill, sauté, or pizza station during high volume service. We expect team members who can run their station independently, take ownership of their work, and collaborate with the team to ensure successful service.
