ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed franchisee of Sonny's BBQ, is hiring a back-of-house team member to support our fast-paced kitchen in Gonzales, LA. You will cook, follow Sonny's BOH protocols, manage grills and fryers, read orders via the KDS, and maintain a clean, compliant workstation.

Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Ability to cook.
• Memorize and apply Sonny's BOH terminology, plating, and procedures.
• Navigate around equipment and manage the grill.
• Work frying equipment and bread grill; read orders and follow KDS protocols.
• Maintain a clean workstation and adhere to sanitary guidelines.
• Perform cleaning duties throughout and at shift end; use a meat slicer and sharp knives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
