ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed Sonny's BBQ franchisee in Baton Rouge, seeks a BOH Team Member to support a fast-paced kitchen with cooking, order reading, and sanitation. The role emphasizes teamwork and reliability in a busy restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Ability to cook.
• Memorize and apply Sonny's BOH terminology and plating.
• Navigate around equipment.
• Fully responsible for managing the grill.
• Work frying equipment and bread grill.
• Read orders and follow KDS protocols.
• Maintain a clean workstation.
• Adhere to sanitary and food preparation guidelines.
• Perform cleaning duties throughout and at end of shift.
• Use a meat slicer.
• Work with sharp knives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
