Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC, a licensed Sonny’s BBQ franchisee, seeks BOH Team Members to deliver memorable dining experiences through cooking and teamwork. Competitive pay and family-friendly hours are offered.

Essential duties include operating grill, reading orders, maintaining sanitation, and following Sonny’s SOPs. Benefits include paid time off after one year, medical/dental/vision coverage, and incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 90 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ability to cook and operate grill.
• Memorize and apply Sonny’s BOH terminology, plating, and procedures.
• Read orders and process according to KDS.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation.
• Perform cleaning duties throughout and at shift end.
• Use a meat slicer and work with sharp knives.
• Adhere to safety and cleanliness protocols.
